Our mission is to provide each student with the knowledge, skills, and abilities essential for the provision of care to a diverse group of patients and families in the community with compassion and personalized care. Our programs will prepare students for tomorrow's healthcare changes through education, and to empower students to become confident leaders in their profession and inspire them to recognize and pursue the limitless opportunities available to them.

Our Vision Statement

The vision of Healthcare Solutions Training Academy is to become a passionately engaged organization that prepares healthcare workers to be able to function in an ever-changing healthcare system through education and training within their specific career of choice and remain vital team members in an institution.

Why Choose Us

Healthcare Solutions Training Academy (HSTA) was established back in November 2020. We are approved by THHS/NATCEP to provide training for future Certified Nursing Assistants; the schedule of classes is still to be discussed.

Our current programs offer a State-approved curriculum in theory, skills, and clinical practicum, which will prepare the nursing aid students for State Certification Exams. Our programs will provide the students with a strong foundation as healthcare workers and, therefore, become more reliable and competent in their job performance.

We are affiliated with a local nursing home in the community where our students can perform hands-on experience taking care of patients and work with licensed and experienced clinical instructors.
